It's old and shows some growing pains, but you should check out the original video! Maybe you'll laugh! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABRWTlbXbfQ
looks so good
Lost me at "You’ll want to get your preferred grill up to around 900 degrees F,". You are out of your mind.
Mine will not look that brutally over cooked
Nice video 🔥💯
It was interesting
Sorry I would NEVER slice a steak like that, I do not want to be eating cold steak just because someone wanted to display my food. The more you cut it up the faster it cools.
The steak looks nice but medium rare is a red, not pink.
what was the thickness ????
That slow flip is like porn😉
What was the temperature of the barbecue?
everybody says to let it rest for a few minutes the problem I have that the meat is not really hot anymore
I've only made this one time, it was for 2 freinds. They said it was the best steak they have ever eaten. I'm sure they have eaten many steaks in their lives, they are both over 60. I can't eat red meat but I did give myself a little taste of this. It's delicious, very good. In fact it was so good that I have 2 steaks out to cook tonight for the same 2 friends. I will be grilling chicken for myself. Anyone know of a good grilled chicken recipe?
What is the recipe for resting butter, please
Cooked my steak using this video as a guide. It was Restaurant quality. Really amazing! Thanks!
Awesome tips. Dry brining is a HUGE aspect to to for perfect flavor that a lot of people don’t realize. Also, the video creator is very easy on the eyes
Love the video. Post your comments on my New York strip steak at Simplyvideos3910

Wow thank you!!!!! I’m going to cook this at my cookout for my husbands 21st birthday! I hope that bi-rite will have some good steak out, hopefully a T-bone
I followed your instructions and the steak came out great!
One question for you – can Sirloin steaks be prepared the same way?
Do it overnight and you will slap yourself… It's that much better!
That was great
Thank you for your help.
Awesomeness!!!! just bbq'd NY steaks on a charcoal grill and tried the garlic/thyme resting butter…oh my!!!! Thank you!! it takes it to a higher level of Delicious!!!
900*? I don’t have a blast furnace in my back yard. I have a gas grill.
you give cooking times but not the steak thickness
Awesome vid! What temp are you cooking these steaks at?
Looks devious, have to try resting butter.🎉
Thank you so much for this helpful info. You just elevated my grilling steak game!!!😊
Since you’re resting butter is melted can you substitute olive oil for the butter?
I may have missed it but what’s the temperature of the grill supposed to be
Delicious ❤
Make sure you have some Heinz 57 sauce
I pepper a lot before cooking and ny strips does not have enough fat for me. Ribeyes on the other hand!!
I'm trying this today 👍🏽
Love your presentation…can’t wait to try it tomorrow!
Thanks
When i cooked at a steakhouse. The hottest section of the grill was at the back at 750 degrees.
New York strips on top of the stove
😊
The instructions state to preheat the grill to 900 degrees, is this correct?
⚠️ CAUTION ⚠️: only do the butter rest if you enjoy you the taste of garlic butter and NOT STEAK. It’s way to over powering.
would it still be a teaspoon if I use grounded thyme?
Pepper burns no doubt. Pepper after you cook
Nice video. Keep it simple. That's what we always say!
Oh no sweetie. Please don’t gas grill a steak. It makes BBQers sad.
Made it for dinner tonight, added some sautéed mushrooms 🍄🟫 delicious. Thanks for an easy recipe.
