  1. If it's frozen chicken, cook it from frozen. Same applies to fish, it sears it and you don't lose much of it's moisture as it would if it thawed. I'm guessing this was a question for frozen chicken as raw and relatively fresh chicken wouldn't normally come out dry but in the case your cooking sucks then follow this dudes method.

  2. Dude just salt the meat. No sugar, no oil, those are poison, also american soy is gmo poison made for fattening the livestock and is gonna effeminate you so throw that poison away and lastly cornflour is animal feed also made to fatten livestock so throw that out as well. Just salt the meat and maybe use some powdered spice and fry that. This feed I wouldn't even give to my worst enemy's dog.
