i will curse all of you to eternal damnation if you're lying about this soup.
I really dislike using half a package of gnocchi. Doesnt last long enough and ends up being a waste.
Thanks for sharing your video 📹 😀
I made this and I loved it! Thanks, Ashley. ❤️
That seems a remarkable recipe, I am hoping to try it soon. Many thanks!
Meh, didn't care for this soup. The kale is still leathery after the short cooking time. "Blooming" (frying) the first tablespoon of pesto gave it a burnt flavor. The dried gnocchi is tender but flavorless. If you are going to make this soup, I offer the following suggestions:
Stir all of the pesto into the broth, don't fry the first tablespoon and use the best premade pesto you can find. I recommend the Costco brand.
Unless you really like kale, use a package of baby kale
Substitute a cannelini or other white bean for the gnocchi
It would have been better if you had given the ingredients lust first, before going into kale-technique.
What to do with Kale stems.

…..save it for stock.

…..give it to your rabbits
Thanks for changing it up. LOL! This video is great. Thanks I will use these ideas.
Who's thinking cheese-stuffed tortellini instead of gnocchi? Seems like a perfect match…
Made this today. Came out amazing. I also added cannellini beans to make it heartier. And some salt and pepper to season.
What a knock of italian soup kale lol its escarole is what correct

America's Test Kitchen: Make some basic chicken & dumplings. 👍
Looks great and I’m going to make it. I have not been a fan of bitter greens in the past, but I am learning that not only are they really good for us, they can also be prepared in such a way that I actually enjoy them! Thanks for this yummy looking recipe, Ashley!
Kale is just too bitter; skipping this recipe.
Made this soup today. So good. Flavorful. Not usually a fan of kale but like it in this. Thanks
She said "broth" but the package said stock. I am on a liquid diet, so I know the difference.
🤝🤝🔔👍🤭🙏👉😋😋Follow me for beautiful content thank you
I haven't even watched the video. Let me guess??? chicken, celery, onion, water, salt, pepper…
Sounds good. But I hate the texture of kale. I substitute escarole.
👍👍
I made this for dinner tonight. Delicious! At first I was thinking of subbing different things but committed to making it using the exact recipe. I think next time I’ll try it with Italian sausage and cannellini beans in place of the chicken and gnocchi and then alternate between the two. Either way, I’ll also add a squeeze of lemon.
Thank you for such an easy, versatile, and tasty recipe.
Your rabbit lol!
Ashley is so cute I love her.
So two types of kale are shown and trimmed – but only one is used in the recipe? Why show the other kale? So people can make substitutions?
ATK, ASHLEY, Hello, gee this soup is a definate one to TRY, THANKS 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I was kinda flattered that Ashley assumes I have rabbits 😍
Wonderful! I've never used gnocchi in a recipe before…until Ashley introduced me to the creamy pasta one last week. Which I did and loved. And now this one! Love it. Definitely making.
6 ingredient soup, has: store-bought pesto, shredded chicken, shelf stable gnocchi… ye alright
