  1. You did an AMAZING job here!!! Loved the step-by-step directions (and even the small misstep of pouring your egg mixture into the closed chute was too funny, yet also very realistic). I think this is one that I’m gonna try out real soon.

  2. What a terrific presentation! And that's a lovely tart. I'm not a fan of matcha myself. But I can leave it out of the whip cream, or substitute crushed freeze dried cherries for a festive look. It's a great recipe.

  3. That moment where you pour the egg into the food processor chute insert… too real! 😂 I haven’t yet done that, but several times I’ve poured a scoop of beans onto the plastic top of my coffee grinder. Great video and commentary / tips!
