What I love the most when u speak Italian is the word "ingridienti". Just like spaghetti, it ended with "i" sound because it is plural not singular. But pizza ended with an "a" because it is treated as singular.
I think you should make a video in italian language with english subtitles at least once a week,so everyone can enjoy in a TRUE ITALIAN accent and learn some new words.I find it so AMAZING!Your videos are trully unique-beautiful to watch and to listen to and learn new recepies and new words in italian language!
Italian is probably the only language that almost everyone understands even if they don't know it so many words taken into the other languages without translating them
This is beautiful! And I am VERY much for tradition & tend to be an admitted purist food snob most of the time. But I want to say something after seeing comments TELLING people how to cook THEIR personal meals. While being authentic & traditional is beautiful, never forget not EVERYONE likes the same things, or could be allergic to some things, or just like experimenting or creating fusion dishes etc. There is nothing wrong with anyone making any dish however the heck the want….even it's weird to others 🤣; so long as they are mindful of making known their version IS in fact just that; their own take on it.
No one has the right to police what the hell someone else is making in their own dang kitchen.
With all this said. YES, an authentically traditional carbonara does NOT include cream! But some people are allergic to eggs, or like me, HATE the sulfur taste of egg yolks , so for me I prefer a style with a lil cream & just call it carbonara WITH cream, which denotes it's an ingredient not typically in it. Peace & love everyone , buon appetito!
Yeah… I mean, sure. It's a pretty good pasta dish. But it's not THAT good. If I were to order all of the ingredients to make it "authentically", I'd be out about $20.00 a serving. Frankly, if I'm going to spend that kind of money, I'd rather make an heavy cream/parmesan reduction. Or at least a pasta puttanesca.
Che bello sentirti parlare in italiano.😘❤️
Buona pasta, e bella donna !!!!!
That looks so gooood 🥹🥹
I just realized that some of the Italian words are present in Brazilian Portuguese, that made me proud for some reason lol

❤️ from Indonesia.
Crack open you egg, rub your finders on garlic, pick up the yolk. Or take a pet bottle and suck them up. Way faster.

Yummmmmmm
I love carbonara. When I went to Italy I must have eaten it 5 or six times. But sadly no one gets it right in the US they always mess it up somehow
and always remember… no cream!
