  1. I thought at first this was going to be on the new pizza oven. I've been waiting to get your opinion in that one vs the conversion to help me decide if I want to return the conversion and get the new model. I haven't opened the box yet and still have to purchase a 22". I know how much you like your conversion oven so I am curious what your thoughts are on the new oven.

  2. Just had to say that these pizzas look great and it looks like an awesome idea for any roast. Gonna have to give it a try. Also gotta say me and the fam finally made those ricotta gnocchi and it was amazing. We made way to much gnocchi for the amount of meatballs but it’s always a learning experience. 🙏
