How do you keep the bottom crust from not getting soggy?? I suck at bottom crusts
I add peach brandy, no cinnamon and , I add a bit more freshly ground nutmeg.

I was just looking at some of my American Test Kitchen cookbooks
Mashing large pieces of fruit in a small bowl is kind of difficult. A small to medium plate or cup saucer with slightly curved edges is much easier.
