  1. There is a ton of sugar in that yogurt. No problem if you don’t mind that but some would prefer to regulate how much sugar they are consuming. The banana has a lot of natural sugar already and is usually enough to sweeten a smoothie. You can cut up that banana, freeze it, and it will help make your smoothie thicker.

  2. Just made one for the first time! Wow! The flavors of the fruit and yogurt are fantastic together. It made so much that I’m putting half in the refrigerator for tomorrow! Thanks for this wonderful recipe.

  3. I cannot believe that I never made a smoothie, but I recently had dental surgery and have been off solid foods, so tomorrow I’m at the food store to pick up bananas and strawberries which I do not have. I’ve been wanting to do something with my frozen blueberries, so now I’m going to follow what you did. I love Silk, so I’m hopeful that mine will be just as good as yours! Thanks so much.

  4. Thanks Lisa, this was very helpful. I order out every one of my meals, and decided I should at least try smoothies so I bought a Vitamix. My first smoothie came out real runny, not thick at all. The frozen fruit did the trick! I didn’t even know they sold frozen fruit!
