  1. Make them all the time in the air fryer! Why make the filling so complicated? I mean it's fine for a change of pace especially if you've got different odds and ends of cheeses and herbs to use up, but it is not necessary. A whole piece of bacon wraps one so much better and is a better flavor/texture balance. I wouldn't think extra salt on the peppers is needed as nearly everything else contains salt.

  2. "if you're a couch coach, the best play you can call all season is jalapeno poppers in an air fryer. you're introducing a new player onto the field? my STAR player. the MVP. "

somebody either won or lost a bet on this intro 😂

  3. I laughed at the Couch Coach reference, too funny, also Lawman always has the best recipes so I know this will be a banger. I've been making his Crushed Red Potatoes with Garlic and Herbs for the past 3 years now, we never get tired at how simple but incredible of a side dish it is. Thank you for another nice recipe 🙂

  4. Through my own experimentation, I have something very similar that involves me cooking them on on the grill with the help of a grill basket. I definitely want to try the lime zest and see how that impacts the flavor.
