  1. Yummy. My grandmother made this for us 60 years ago. But in the days before refrigerators how did they treat the dough? Or maybe that is why the dough was tougher? I cook diced apples in my microwave with some butter, maple syrup and cinnamon and then put it on a wheat tortilla, roll it up and have an apple no pan dowdy. No muss, no fuss.

  2. Thanks so much for this recipe. I made this for my roommates and it was unanimous that this was pretty much like a cobbler and the best cobbler we've ever had and it was so easy. I might just buy a subscription to the ATK site if all the recipes are this well explained and easy to follow. <3
