How To Make Baked Feta Pasta Recipe From TikTok

You will need:

1 lb (or 500g) cooked pasta
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lb (or 500g) cherry tomatoes
1 block feta (8oz or 225g)
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
0.5 Tbsp red pepper flakes
1 handful fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper

Steps:

Start by preheating your oven to 400F / 210C.

Next toss all the tomatoes, garlic and a quarter cup of olive oil together and place them into a baking dish. Place the block of feta into the centre of the baking dish, sprinkle the chilli flakes onto the pasta and pour the remaining olive oil over the feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to your liking and place the baking dish into the oven to bake for 40 minutes.

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta till al dente. Drain the pasta and reserve a cup of pasta water.

Mash the feta and tomatoes in the baking dish to form a sauce. Put your pasta into the baking dish and toss. Garnish with basil and serve.
