Best banana bread recipe ever! Since I tried it for the first time, I keep baking it again and again. I don't use any sugar, there's no need for it as bananas give enough sweetness. Plus, it's much healthier this way. 50g of fat is enough. Also, it's worthy adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder. Delicious! I store the bread in a room temperature, wrapped in a cotton cloth. I love how it stays soft and moist for days!
