  1. I’m happy to see this recipe. I gave my instant pot to a friend and just bought a new one. Perfect timing! I love cooking the old fashioned way but sometimes life requires quick cooking 😉 saving the oil is a must in our household, taught from generations of loved ones.

  2. Hello Chef Jeffrey, the BBQ Chicken Thigs recipe was awesome, but I have one suggestion for you. Whenever you are using utensils of any kind, please have a plate or saucer near by so that you do not have to put the utensil that you are using down in the drain hole.

  3. Hey Chef Jeffery! Those Barbecue Thighs look amazing. 👍 I love some barbecue meat. 😂 Good job cooking them in the instant pot. That Potato Salad looks delicious too! 😋 Thanks for sharing. Have a blessed day. 🙏 💘

  6. I air fry mine 12 minutes each side, then sauce and two more minutes, flip and sauce then two more minutes. Crispy outside and sauced to perfection and still moist inside…. 28 minutes and done, no time needed for pressure release. It’s all good. With your method pour that sauce that’s in the pot over some white rice and watch the smiles, I did that a couple of weeks ago and had that sauce over rice for leftovers for three days and it was great all three days…

  7. I love that KitchenAid mixer. I use the meat grinder attachment to make sausage! (OTOH, I don't like the KitchenAid sausage stuffer attachment. Get yourself a dedicated sausage stuffer machine. It turns sausage making into a one-man operation.)

  8. Price of eating out that’s the only way to cook used to cook everything with a presto pressure cooker ate a lot of fish and roast
the insta pot is incredible for any thing and country style ribs and a jar of cheap jelly and some jalapeño peppers just sear the ribs dump the peppers and jelly and add some water or juice .

  9. Hi Chef Jeffrey! You got my mouth watering for barbecue chicken. And I have just about all of Uncle Steve’s seasonings as you have recommended. I even like the All Purpose one as well. Think I’ll be fixing your recipe for my daughter when she comes to visit later from North Carolina. I know she’ll love your recipe! Have a good week and as always be blessed!
