Ingredients :

500 gms Beef (cut into strips)
1 lime size Tamarind (soaked in hot water)

1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
150 ml Water

For the Green Masala Paste :

2 large size (200 gms) Onions – roughly chopped
2 medium size (145 gms) Tomatoes – roughly chopped
5 nos. Green Chillies
1 inch thick (16 gms) Ginger – roughly chopped
25 nos. (25 gms) Garlic
½ tsp Black Peppercorns
½ tsp Fennel Seeds
½ tsp Cumin Seeds (jeera)
2 big bunch (130 gms) Coriander Leaves
20 ml Water (for grinding)

Other Ingredients :

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 small size (65 gms) Onion – thinly sliced
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp heaped Coriander Powder (dhania powder)
2 large size (200 gms) Potatoes – cut into medium size cubes
200 ml Water (use after rinsing the blender jar)
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
2 nos. Dry Red Chillies
1 tsp heaped Garam Masala Powder
80 to 100 ml Hot Water

Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
