One clove of garlic?
I am sorry but this is not a beef rendang at all guys.
The original beef rendang took more than 3 hour to cook. and we didn't boil it first, we put the raw meat and the seasoning together so all the season will soak perfectly to the meat. Also we didn't use powder season. But nice try tho 😊
Rendang is originally from west sumatera province in Indonesia. This full of spices and coconut milk and cooked in traditonal stove made of woods and tastier. one of the most delicious food of the world
I'm an Indonesian housewife and I cooked this Rendang dish every year for Eid, and I can say this is not how you cook Rendang! You should ask for the original recipe from an Indonesian or a Malaysian before you post the video… 🙂
I am totally grateful that i have had tasted so many different types of Rendang from different countries & islands. In Asia we share so much similarity in food and beverage. By the way, the cilantro twist in your dish is quiet challenging for my Indonesian tongue. Thank you Allrecipe for uploading this.
it's not even rendang lol. just call it some beef curry
' Rendang is a spicy meat dish which originated from the Minangkabau ethnic group of Indonesia..'- Wikipedia. I'm a Malaysian btw. First of all, to all Indonesians who said 'this not from Malaysia…' etc, you have to remember that both Malaysia and Indonesia belong to the same 'rumpun' (idk the word in English lol). Everything you can find in Indonesia, can be found in Malaysia, and even Philippines. It's true that a lot of those thing that we share in common (Our language, batik, rendang etc) originate from Indonesia. Btw, Minangkabau ethnic group also exists in Malaysia , which is why rendang in introduced here and became one of the most popular dishes. I'm thankful for everything that Indonesians brought into Malaysia, but stop being so prideful. Side note:I hope you dont claim Boboiboy or Upin Ipin from us lol
weird way to make rendang
it's actually Indonesian not malaysian. 🙁
Please, change the way you present your -probably good, I can't tell, because I am not going to watch this-recipes! The music is awful, the written instructions hard to read because of lacking contrast and strange design.
So which country's recipe is this? mostly says its not a Malaysia recipe.
Looks good , way too much onions though
Malaysian? How much do you get paid by malay people lol
whether this indonesian or malaysian rendang, let's not fight over this. if you dont like it, just click "unlike". no need to talk trash. shame on you.
Nobody puts dried shrimp in beef rendang
Could you have possibly found more annoying music!!
This is definitely not rendang. Neither the indonesian version nor the malaysian version. Cooking beef rendang is complex. I spend 3 hours cooking it each time.
That food looked mothwatering
it's a curry.. it's not rendang
PLEASE DELETE THIS MUSIC DAMN
I like your video…
