  1. That is one good looking hunk of meat. My favorite topping on a burger is a slice of melted colby-jack topped with a big dollop of roasted hatch green chili salsa….very simple and may sound boring….but it's a major flavor bomb!!!.

  2. If you grind your own meat it is perfectly ok to eat it medium rare as in this video. If its store bought, i would not eat it rare like this. I do not trust grocery store meat grinds that will contain semolina bacteria.
