Had no idea this even existed. Once browned, do you store it in the fridge? How long does it last?

Made this recently. I recommend making it immediately.

This is akin to what,In the Philippines, we call Minatamis na Bao. It’s basically our native version of Dulce de Leche. Spread over native rice cakes or with fresh rolls. It’s a classic.
