  1. I absolutely love ATK, but y’all need to quit with cocktails. Your recipes, measurements (sometimes in tablespoons??) and techniques are typically trash. You need to clarify butter when using it for fat washing AND it should be liquid when you add it to the booze. Non-clarified butter leaves a cloudy, sad looking drink.

There are AMAZING craft cocktail bartenders all over the US. Let someone qualified host videos about alcohol.

  2. I made buttery booze shots with the booze, and I made boozy butter shots with the butter! 😂 chase the first with 3oz water, or take a quarter shot of the butter after you take a bite of bread!

If you want something amazing for the butter, use a strong spiced rum like Sailor Jerry's, and put it on Cinnamon Toast or French Toast.

  3. Interesting. Why wouldn't the butter keep longer than 3 days in the fridge? Booze doesn't spoil. Butter lasts for months in the fridge. Why would this combination fail to last more than 3 days in the fridge?

  4. Not going to lie, Lan Lam barely moves much in this video… this could now be easily made with AI based on all of the recent videos coming out using Flux/LoRA to produce an AI image of a baker (or of Lan Lam) and then using Runway Gen-3 image-to-video technology to make the video of her talking.

  5. Looks like Lam likes this product very much. I think I see that her eyes were highly dilated with this video !!! Hiccup ! Yeah! … put summore butter on that bread, slather it on, the more the merrier ! Yummy bread, intoxicating bread.

  6. Idk why, but I think this is going to be one of my favorites… I know I love a good hot buttered rum, boozy butter never crossed my mind! I'm curious to find out what it can be used on… Stay happy, healthy and safe!😊
