What does one do if there's more meat to be seared?
Do we repeat step 1 in the same pan , adding more oil?

I love your enthusiasm and it did turn out wonderful. Would be helpful if you said how much of each ingredient you were adding. I figured 2-3 cups broth by watching you pour etc… but amount during video would be nice.

350 degrees is not low and slow and it isn't braising at that high a temp. 300 is better for this imo.

I watched this video a couple of days ago and made this today. This stew is 🔥 👨🚒 🚒 🧯. I cooked it on top of my range, stirring every 15 min on low medium low heat.

I Sautee my onion and garlic 1st in the pan before I add the meat. Gives a bit better flavour.
