cloud bread is supposed to be healthier and carb free and you added that much sugar to it, WHY????
Putting sugar in your cloud bread defeats the purpose of trying to make a healthy bread…

Looks nice, but the recipe I've seen had cream cheese and cream of tartar with the eggs, using both egg yolk and white . Never seen this recipe before
That's a useful recipe for when wondering what to do with your egg whites if you've made custard from scratch. Merangues don't taste of egg, so find this surprising!
I just don't see how one can make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with that bread
