  1. You don't need to add olive oil in the middle of the paste (sorry, blanking on the word), it makes it heavy and with hummus you want it light, the lighter the better. Tahine and chickpea already have a lot of fat. The olive oil you can add only after it's ready (like you did).

  2. My Tahini was like natural peanut butter when the oil separated and needs to be thoroughly remixed. But the tahini solid is very dense and extremely hard to stir to mix! Does anybody have a suggestion on how to easily mix it?
