  1. Hi Michael, I hope you're doing well, and thanks for sharing this simplify version of crispy pork belly. One question: I saw you turn your oven knob from 175C to 220C after 40 mins. I just want to clarify if it should be 200C to 220C ? Also is your oven an air fryer oven, or it doesn't matter what oven ?

  2. Bon appรฉtit nous cheri Michael…
The crispy sound of the pork belly had put your followers on a day dreams status, you just send them to Heaven too , actually you had to eat it on the top of Himalayas mountain โ›ฐ so that you make that crispy sound clear to the whole world ๐ŸŒŽ.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜. I guess its a matter of hide and seek between your followers and the poor pigs ๐Ÿ– that try to save their own bellies from getting roasted.
Now I can say , you can compete with chef Gorden Ramsey. This video will blow up his head , leaving him with eyes and mouth wide open . He would definitely utters his most sophisticated , delicate vocabularies out of his dictionaries he owns (Oxford, webester), or out of his encyclopedia / atlas to describe how that recipe highly professionally was prepared. Yes Michael ,Gordon Ramsey will push you hard at the corner , face to face ,with his finger pointing to your nose ๐Ÿ‘ƒ "how did yo manage that crispy pork belly"..
Good luck Michael with your next video โ˜˜ ๐ŸŒป ๐Ÿ€
