✅Ingredients
• 4 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
• 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
2️⃣ 00:00:29 – Rub each pork chop with olive oil.
3️⃣ 00:00:43 – In a small bowl mix together salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Season all sides of the pork chop with this mix. Place seasoned pork chops onto the prepared baking sheet.
4️⃣ 00:01:59 – Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (which will depend on how thick the pork chops are).
5️⃣ 00:02:11 – If you like, at this point you can sear the pork chops either by placing under the broiler setting for a couple of minutes or throwing them into a hot cast iron pan with olive oil.
6️⃣ 00:02:29 – Let your meat rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting into it and serve hot.

Did a chop this evening–excellent!!! Why do you use olive oil? Is it a necessary ingredient?
Thank you
I love your channel!. So simple, and easy.❤
Followed these instructions and my pork chops turned out great. The suggestion to broil just a few minutes before taking them out of the oven was perfect. Thank you!
Thanks.
I've never seen anyone try to be so delicate in the application of olive oil and dry seasonings lol
15 minutes at 400F was not enough for mine, and they a bit thinner than yours. They were pretty raw, actaully, lol. Had to leave them on an additonal 20 minutes, for a total of 35 minutes to reach the desired temp.
Just subscribed. I’ll be trying these tonight. Thank you
Excellent video! Simple, easy, and all needed info provided!

Great vid! short and sweet under 3 minutes! straight to point!
That's not pork chops. You have pork loin. Which is better, and for some reason cheaper if you buy a whole loin.
Thank you for the tips on the cooking time and I'm going to change the seasoning a bit I'm not going to be using onion powder or paprika I prefer to use lemon pepper but I do appreciate the cooking tips thank you
😍❤🙏
Awesome… Just love it ….thank you again…
Better with thin pork chops

You lost me at pork needs a lot of salt ! This is one of the only meats that do not require a lot of salt.
We made this tonight and it’s superb! Also, thank you for NOT rambling for 10mins and getting right to the point.
Amazing!!!! My picky family gobbled this all up! It was so quick and easy, I made it with canned green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. Thanks!

15-20 mins mr arse! Mine barely are cooked at that time. Lol
Thank you
I hate how you precut the pork chop to make it look like it cut a lot easier. I also hate how you didn't cook the broccoli on the plate on the end.
Nice Shoes !!!
