    Use a kitchen scale (grams) for the best outcome
    354g water 1 ½ cup
    7g active dry yeast (2 ¼ teaspoons)
    70g sugar (1/4 cup + 2 tbs)
    650g Bread flour (about 5 cups)
    32g powdered milk (¼ cup)
    9g salt (1 1/2 teaspoon)
    60g butter (5 tablespoon) (room temperature)
    13g oil 1 tablespoon oil.

  2. Please can I substitute the bread flour for all purpose flour instead as it is hard to find bread flour where I am. I love the bread pan I would love to know where you got it. Thanks for this as bread is becoming quite expensive. Remain blessed
