Ingredients
Use a kitchen scale (grams) for the best outcome

650g Bread flour (about 5 cups)
32g powdered milk (¼ cup)
9g salt (1 1/2 teaspoon)
60g butter (5 tablespoon) (room temperature)
13g oil 1 tablespoon oil.
