I added some powdered garlic to add to the taste. Cooked 1 hour on high then 6 on low. Your recipe turned out great.

Yeah I can’t get up at 7am and start a roast like this. Maybe cooking on high would work.

Thank you…very easy to understand…the only thing I'd suggest is to wait until roast almost done then add the potatoes…otherwise they'll overcook & become soggy
