  1. I guess you could say this is MUGIKOGASHI.
    When I was a child in Japan, there was a snack called MUGIKOGASHI, which was made by mixing roasted barley flour with sugar and water.
    I am sure there are similar snacks all over the world.

  2. I've been eating raw cookie dough, cake and brownie batter for 65 years. In my teen years I was quite fond fond of "instant breakfast" consisting of a cup of milk and a raw egg whizzed in the blender with a splash of vanilla. I eat my eggs runny. I have never had bad effects from any of it.
