  1. Or…you can eat oats for breakfast and make too much, knowing that it’s time to bake bread. Then after breakfast you take the leftover oats and add yeast and flour and warm water (left in the the kettle from making coffee) and start a sponge. Off you go…

    For those who would like weights, for flour and oats they are usually on the side of the bag, but anything you can’t find an internet search can.
