Shout out to Magnolia Springs!
What kind of bourbon did they use???
Nice Idea! like many thing's looking around. I Just do not want to join everything I see that I might want to try expressly with all my info. relax the Need for Profits a little maybe. Lord! Scared me out of the Kitchen.. My favorite Recipe is from Attraction. Just a thought.
I tried it and it tasted like Worcestershire sauce. I couldn’t taste the bourbon hardly at all. It dominated all other flavors that could have been there. Perhaps less Worcestershire next time?
This is the Biggest Myth, busted by food scientists-meat does not absorb wet marinades its just surface treatment, Salt based dry brining is always the the way to go. I would just brush the bourbon mix when grilling!
We followed the recipe to the tea and our stakes came out horrific they tasted like a vapor grow something or other what happened
How long in the fridge??
bruh why is this in my favorites lmao
The steaks are marinating as we speak. LOL these girls got swag poppin collas gettin dollas!
Didn't America's Test Kitchen disprove the effect of marinating meat for a long time?
Glaze with maple syrup in final stage of coking.
Wait, you just dumped equal parts of Worcestershire sauce. So, it’s not bourbon ribeye. It’s, bourbon/worcestershire ribeye…..
About 3-4 more minutes per side for a little less rare?
Holy shit is this awesome. If they hadn't said the steak didn't taste like bourbon I wouldn't have even tried it. The bourbon imparts this great, and significant, flavor that perfectly compliments the steak. Damn!
I just happen to have bought some Ribeye steaks today at Kroger. I have some Jack Daniels but will pick up a bottle of Kentucky Bourbon tomorrow on my way home
"Why would you marinate ribeyes in bourbon??"
Uhhhh WHY NOT?
If you want to kick it up another notch, do a foil packet of jack daniels smoking chips when you grill- you won't be sorry
Those steaks look yummy. Thanks
Great! But I like my food cooked, medium well for me.
This marinade works well on cheap cuts too; I've done London broils in it, also cook over charcoal for even more flavor.
謝謝!這集真是太棒了!
尤其是這兩種-波本威士忌與牛排-都是我的最愛!
First with the Korean wings, now Ribeyes, my mouth is one big puddle!!!
They couldn't afford prime?!
Can I Sous Vide them in the marinade?
Sous vide then grill it 🙂
Looks delish . I enjoy show.
How long were they marinated?
That does look incredible.😀
Thanks for cooking! That steak looked divine.
Grilling season is now in full effect, could you maybe do a chicken leg quarters recipe on the grill? Or thick cut grilled pork chop recipe? Looking forward to more ATK uploads!!
Well dang, I know what I'm having for lunch.
Rotate rather than flip = more grey at edges as seen in results.
Nummy
Ok if you marinate too long will the meat get mushy???😬
bourbon is a whiskey, guys. so don't say you're comparing "whiskey versus bourbon". there are multiple kinds of whiskeys, including bourbon, scotch, irish, etc…. they're all whiskeys.
That steak is RAW. Ramsey would be going ballistic
How much steak do you allow per person, since you are slicing before serving?
Now I'm HUNGRY AGAIN!
I wonder if I could sous vide the steaks in the marinate, then sear them?
Strum…strum…strum…
Tried this one ,its
EXCELLENT !!
Cooks country 👍👍
Ahhhh Magnolia Springs ALLLABAMA soothes the soul!
The sounds at 5:18 and 5:30 should categorize this video at NSFW. Food porn came to my mind.
Yummy
Good recipe. Do you think I could replace the Worcester with Soy Sauce? It’s easier to get Soy Sauce where I live now.
One of my Favorites 😘
