  1. Loved this. I cooked them 4 min. per side for color/crust and then added the onion into the "juices" for 3 minutes. I then added patties back and then added a store bought jar of "savory beef" gravy. Cooked 6 minutes per side. Was great!!

  2. Just made this recipe came out great!
    But, I used 2lbs ground sirloin beef n doubled the rest.
    I also did not have Cooking Sherry n used a splash of organic apple cider vinegar n came out nice. I also added a pat of salted butter used my le crueset Dutch oven the flatter wider one.
