  1. I am at loss for words when commenters assumed he was making hoisin sauce. It clearly states in the title "Hoisin Dipping Sauce for Crispy Roast Pork." i.e. a dipping sauce for crispy roast pork made specifically with hoisin, since it could also be made with mustard. People need to read more. Our country is getting dumber and dumber. 🙄

  2. I'm starting to think this guy is a fake… The way he does things doesn't seem "experienced". A proper chef would not do the things he does… (Watch his other vids). Please replace this one. It's such a shame he's "representing" Asian food with this incompetency…

  3. I’m so uncomfortable with the use of equipment: 1) Not using the spatula to it’s full potential scrape out all the hoisin sauce. 2) Then using a whisk to mix the sauce but all the ginger and green onion bits getting caught inside the balloon
