I am at loss for words when commenters assumed he was making hoisin sauce. It clearly states in the title "Hoisin Dipping Sauce for Crispy Roast Pork." i.e. a dipping sauce for crispy roast pork made specifically with hoisin, since it could also be made with mustard. People need to read more. Our country is getting dumber and dumber. 🙄

I'm starting to think this guy is a fake… The way he does things doesn't seem "experienced". A proper chef would not do the things he does… (Watch his other vids). Please replace this one. It's such a shame he's "representing" Asian food with this incompetency…
