  1. Nah. Eat all but the bottom inches of an ice cream carton, flatten the remainder as best you can and re-freeze it. Cut a cake to that diameter, use an exact-o knife to remove the ice cream puck from the carton, place on top of the cake & some jelly. Re-freeze again then frost it and re-freeze one more time before serving.

  2. More than half the world’s population is lactose intolerant . . . Can we PLEASE have some non-dairy “ice cream” recipe options!! Educate us the way only you can with accessible ingredients and methods to make our own rich and creamy non-dairy dessert!

  3. That is like the video – God bless Dan – about peanuts and peanut butter. I have never made peanut butter and this proves I ain't making ice-cream cakes either (nor Baked Alaska) but it is inspiring to see the effort that goes into the manufacture. Thanks ATK.
