Good looking steaks, but you jabbed the hell out of the poor things.
Cooked this tonight for dinner using outstanding grass fed Australian Aberdeen (black) Angus beef. The rub really makes a difference. Delicious!
Great Recipe, Thanks
It's funny how this video popped up after I made this last night for dinner. I used boneless short ribs from Costco on a very hot cast iron skillet. Same spices but no lemon, butter at the end…Make sure you have a high end thick cut of meat with fat marbling. Very berry yummy!
7am and I haven’t had breakfast yet
Why did I watch this?! 🤦🏽♀️🤣😂🤤
Bridget, you’re married! I thought not. Please forgive my flirtations. Be well, stay safe.
This looks amazing. I would love to know the cool times/temperatures for medium to well done.
Strip over ribeye please
Wow that steak was cooked perfectly
looks delicious . thanks for the vid
Is that mustard powder super hot ?
What kind of slicer are you using here?
Give me some A1 steak sauce and I'm good to go
S and P only. Maybe some G if your feeling fancy.
I have heard the exact opposite for crusty sides. Don’t let the steak move. Flip once. YMMV?
Take one cow. Torture them. Murder it at a fraction of its natural age span. Chop it up and justify its death for 10 minutes of eating pleasure.
Looks great !
looks amazing! i've GOT to try this! i'm always looking for ways to mix it up some, and this looks like one i'd like to try. variety!
🤯
Pleeeeeese! Although taste is subjective to each individual, a top graded rib-eye steak only needs Salt & Pepper for a great crust. Let the taste of the meat dominate. So sad that you have forsaken the KISS Rule.
A fork can be used if cooked to well done otherwise there is a risk of transferring e.coli or salmonella to the inner flesh if served medium rare.
Never use a fork on steaks! Never!
Why don't you do sous vide on or show?
Thank you.
A lot of comments about why a nonstick pan was used vs. a grill or preheated cast iron skillet. Perhaps the spices won't handle high heat? This should have been discussed.
I’m sure those steaks will be delicious…when they’ve finished being cooked!
Big like dear very 👍👍delicious dear and tasty recipe l will try dear and full watch ❤️🌹🌹💐💐
That nice steak is too expensive to waste by rubbing crud on it
"1/8th of an inch" is a weird way to say 3.175 mm. XD
Under 20!
Great job, Christie!
After while, Crocodile.
I was going to tell you folks this spicy joke… But there was just too much at steak!
Very nice, Ladies…..can you do this on a grill? Gas or charcoal? Or both? I love to grill and those steaks would be fabulous done on a grill!
Better to go with cast iron than the nonstick.
Can’t wait to try this recipe! I love your videos and recipes.
