Dear Martha, me and my wife were and are among your big fans. I could say that we have not lost almost none of your videos. Today, I got one of your videos called, "Arabian Golf Breakfasts". I really suprised and upset in the same time because of two reasons. The first reason is, these recepies are more related to the Mediterian nArab countries rather than Arabian Gulf. So, the better title would be "Mediteranian Arab Contries Breakfast" rather than Arabian Gulf Breakfasts. As you may know, Arabian Countries are Saudie Arabia, Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain and your recepies are more related to the Mediterenian arab countries like Lebenon, Sayria, Egypt and … The second and the more important reason is the name of this episode, Arabian golf. Dear Martha, based on the all ancient documents in UN, the name of the golf is "Persian Gulf" and not "Arabian Gulf". And there is a false claim from the this region Arab countries to change the name of this gulf from Persian to Arabian because of political reasons in the recent years. Although the people of Iran may not want their current regime but also they always loved and kept their country from any invasions. So, my surprise is how you chose this false name for one of your episodes that has hundred of thousands views. And my expectation is to correct this by an announcement.

Never pour all dry ingredients at once into wet ingredients. Portions at a time. This way you can control. You never want your dough too dry, and adding a bit of liquid after, nah. Add your flour, portions at a time. It is best.

I notice there are labels on all the bowls- they make small reusable e-ink labels you could use and it would also help the audience see a visual reminder of the ingredients and amounts as well. I made a video on my channel showing how I want to use the labels in my kitchen on shelves and baskets to help with my disability. They use eink labels at the store for prices- why not at home?
