Margarine is extremely unhealthy it is plasticized molecules that literally harden like plastic in your arteries it is much better if you use real butter because if you sit a stick of margarine next to a stick of butter even the rodents and bugs will not eat the margarine because nature knows not to mess with things that are going to kill it
