3 C flour
1 Tsp salt
1/2 dry active yeast
1 1/2 C warm water
Rest 3-5 hrs
Fold in cheese & herbs
Hot Dutch oven coverd
3o minutes
Uncovered 15 minutes
Mine is about yo go in the oven. Sans dutch oven.

I did add a tiny bit more yeast and some brown sugar to mine, and I feel like that was a good call.

Usually you put the Dutch oven in the oven to warm at 450°. Once the Dutch oven is hot, pull it out of the oven and add your dough.
The type, and amount of cheese and herbs depends on what you like. Rosemary or thyme are good. And you can also add jalapeno peppers if you like.
