This is giving me early 2000s fusion food vibes😅when you could go to a restaurant in NYC and be served Argentinian / Chinese food (no lie – it actually existed. The great Antony Bourdain championed it). I’m totally here for it.

WOW! Where did you come from? A friend sent me the link to your video and I was a bit floored. You are much more outgoing and flamboyant than the typical cooks and chefs they have on ATK or CC.
