  1. Ça a l'air délicieux et vous d'être un maître de la pasta.Les couleurs et la passion que vous mettez à les préparer
mettent l'eau à la bouche on s'y croirai
là à côté à sentir les parfums de la cuisine napolitaine. Merci de nous donner envie d'y goûter en le faisant
nous même grâce à vous.Merci beaucoup. Et des merveilleuses Fêtes

  2. Is there an English (or Spanish) translation for putanessca?
Puta means prostitute in Spanish. I wonder if the two words are related being that there are words in both Italian and Spanish that mean the same thing.

ALSO. Could it still be considered putanessca if we omitted the anchovies? I don't like them.

  3. Hmmm? No need to add extra salt with anchovies and capers, and the fact that you did add it discounts your recipe greatly. Also, not to mention that the pasta in the water is heavily salted. Adding extra salt clearly is a mistake. Additionally the best technique is to cook the pasta in another skillet with just enough water to cover it.
