I made this last night. It was really good. I didn’t have soy sauce so I used Worcestershire sauce. And I lightly seasoned my beef with Maggie seasoning. I will definitely make this again

Next video can you post how to make Jack Daniels sauce. Yes there are other videos out there but the way you deliver your how to instructions are simplified. I connected more with this channel than other ppl that's hard to understand with an accent or someone speeding through the instructions. I tried it on someone elses video but ended up waiting for the sauce to create a glaze and it got really thick like cant even move the spoon in it. Oh and please show us how to peel the garlic for the 45 minute roast in oven. Sometimes the paper shell stay attached but i know garlic is super sticky.
