Looks fantastic!
Hey chef John why do other chefs include hoisin sauce?
Looks yummy…
Chef John, I think it's a good idea to expand this show by selling your self made ingredients like those chilli oil, peppercorn oil, or XO sauce. It will make viewers cook more easily 😀
The best of the best chef ever.
Hands down 🍲
Do you really need that much oil?
All Mongolian rather limited selection looks very or extremely nourishing and tasty, What i miss from these representations is clean and pure mongolian heritage, Now chinese influence is too much up front allthough it should be a complete genre of its own in taste, style and selection of available proteins and vegetables, Porkmis pure chinese meat art and the can produce mighty pork dishes.
Some of the anything that moves is no more as culinary.
在油炸牛肉之前,您需要用50%的面粉和玉米淀粉涂在牛肉上。否则它会变干。(你应该知道!)
This probably the better Mongolian dish
Great preparation !
Great artistic flair !
I love Chinese food !
If I go to a Chinese restaurant I have never been to before, I always order the Mongolian beef as a "test".
I have never seen a chef fail like this ::
overwhelming amount of oil …
his Mongolian beef lacks the rich, dark color of that signature dish … the meat is beige !
This is not true Mongolian beef.
This is not Mongolian beef that reminds you of rich-looking "pepper steak" w / all of its spectacular colors.
This chef knows better ! He prefers his Mongolian beef beige, color-less, not-so spectacular, easy-on-the-eyes, almost life-less …

I tried this recipe and it is simply delicious. It is more on the spicy side… I like it this way. Perfect!!
great cooking, but this is not mongolian beef.
All chefs make Mongolian Beef, my favorite restaurant makes it with a thick brown spicy gravy over rice with green onions, simple and TASTEY
New Subscriber here. Been watching you for a while… so very impressed Would love to see a video on how you infuse or create your flavorful chef made flavored oils.
I can cook a good stir fry now John.. cheers
This looks yummy, I love watching you cook.
Nice😋😋😋
What didn't he add?
oil? pretty sad to use that to just fry off some beef. back in the 50s when this was invented they probably didn't use toxic machine oils like they do in this recipe…. the explosion in the use of oils wasn't until much later (though it did exist in our diet its use wasn't quite extensive with even chips still being fried in lard well into the 70s and even the 80s). but hey eat whichever poison you like.
If I ordered Mongolian beef and was served this nonsense I’d be pretty dissatisfied
Why they use egg on the beef? And not just the starch?
Nice…
Very nice food
Boy, it is just a Chinese beef, nothing Mongolian in it!
Plz tell us how much time should we cook the meat ? chef just fries n keeps it in dinner set . Cooking the meat time isn,t mentioned here .
there's a tale that Kublai's und Djingis' warriors put raw beef right under their saddles while riding the horses. . . to make it soft and smooth for eating it after. Is that right ? 🙂
very good …
My mongolians foods all in very amazing&yummy 😍
I love how clean and organised hè works. That's 50% of a good recipe begin.
Mongolian beef sounds borderline pornographic
Best rec
sorry but I just did this today, followed everything he did and it wasn’t that good. hehe.
Hi everybody. Chinito le pone mucho picante. Put to much hot pepper.👍😈🥵
Everything cornstarch
Must all taste the same
Yo'u'll need a Space Shuttle Rocket flame into your kitchen, nevermind
Doesn't look very saucy like traditional Chinese American dishes. Is this a more authentic version? Looks great
there is no differance between Mongolian Beef and beef stir fry …….
