Prawn Chilli Recipe-
Ingredients:
Ching’s Secret Red Chilli Sauce 4 tablespoons
Garlic(chopped)1teaspoon
Prawns 200 grams
Sliced carrot – 1
Capsicum diced – 1
Onion diced1 no
Chopped Dry red chillies – 2
Smith & Jones Tomato ketchup – 1tablespoon
Corn flour – 1 cup
Oil To deep fry
Salt and pepper to taste
Water – 1cup
Spring onion(chopped) – 1
Method:
Coat each piece of prawns with corn flour, deep fry and keep aside. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a frying pan. Add garlic, vegetables dried red chillies and sauté for about a minute. Add prawns, pour the sauces and mix well. Add 1 cup water, mix and let it boil. Mix 2 tbsp corn flour with 4 tbsp water and mix it with the boiling sauce till it becomes thick. Adjust the seasonings and serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions.

Need better camera work because you need to show the viewers the pan when you are cooking. There was no close up of the cooking process or the final dish. How are we going to feel hungry to make this if we dont see the dish and cooking process close up. You have to show the viewers to make it look appetising to them. Good dish thanks.
