Why no salt
If i had known it was MOLE i would have just bought some!! It was good but seriously just call this recipe homade mole since thats what it is!!! So if u liked it but want more sauce go to the nearest mexican store and buy some its a bit more spicy but it last really long

why sugar
olive oil is not really meant for cooking. if it gets too hot it changes the good oil into a bad oil. use avocado oil just suggesting.
