i have made thé food wishes peach cobbler many, many times, delicious! one thing I like to do though is to brown the butter and use salted butter. amazing flavour !
I was making it just like this till one day i made a mistake (so I thought) and added peaches then the flour mixture on top…OhMyGoodness..sooo much better this way bc the dough rise much and you have more of a bread then it sinking into the peaches & all. I never went back to this way. Try it because it's so much better (more of the dough)😊
