How To Make Rabokki [Ramen+Tteokbokki] Recipe ~ Easy Korean Cooking
I had some leftover Korean rice cake (Tteok) and Korean fish cake
in the fridge and there’s a stalk of green onion almost wilting out of neglect so I figured I have to make do something about it. I was craving ramen for the longest time since I’ve been dodging it for the past weeks I’m doing low carb but I decided today is a cheat day, I am going to make Rabokki out of the ingredients I have to use pronto.
Rabokki is basically a combination of two things the Koreans love, ramen and tteokbokki /toppokki. It is one of my favorite food in the planet and if I could, I would probably eat this on a daily basis. But since I cannot, moments like this, with rabokki in one hand a good Korean drama (Currently finishing Where The Stars Land) playing, are well cherished.
