Usually when using an oven bag, the instructions say to add a few Tbs of flour and to puncture the bag, but nit here I guess?
I was thinking you’d throw everything in the bag and bake with seasoning…. Not cook half the food, add wine, ton of butter then pop into bag. Looks amazing , seems super delicious but… I’ll stick with boil. 🙂
