Recipe is OK, but without some of the reduced stock from boiling the lobster shells, the final dish is going to be "one note": too cheesy and not enough complex flavors. Try boiling the shells, reducing the broth, and adding a cup of that into the final sauce instead of all that cream.

-drop lobster tail in boiling water & add lemon -dice cooked lobster & set aside -season uncooked tiger shrimp & set aside -leave lump crab as is -Sauté 2 ounces of olive oil with 2 tablespoons butter – 30-60 seconds -Add 2 tablespoons garlic & 2 tablespoons onion, sauté for 2 minutes over medium flame -Add a pinch of salt & pepper -Add 2 tablespoons of flour & cook on low heat for 3 minutes -Add 2 pints of half and half & bring up a boil to thicken sauce -Add 4oz Gruyère, pepper jack, mozzarella, sharp cheddar, & white cheddar cheese -Add fresh parsley, oregano, & basil -Let sauce thicken over low heat stirring occasionally. -Turn off once all cheese has melted
-Add 1lb of half cooked pasta noodles (cooked 6 minutes & shocked in ice water) -Generously glaze glass pan with butter -Add half the mac & cheese to pan -Add half of the lobster, shrimp, & lump crab -Top with second half of Mac & cheese -Layer remaining seafood -Top with mixture of cheeses & dry herbs -Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees -Remove foil & bake another 5 minutes -Top with fresh parsley -Top with parmesan (optional)
