Easy and healthy dinner idea! Shredded pork on napa cabbage is one of my go to recipes when I need a quick dish for dinner. This dish is always a crowd pleaser and goes nicely with a bowl of rice.
Ingredients:
– napa cabbage
– 1/2 lbs pork loin
– 3 re-hydrated Chinese mushrooms (optional)
– 3 garlic cloves
– salt
– sugar
– corn starch
– oyster sauce
– sesame oil
Tip: soak the Chinese mushrooms the night before in some water to re-hydrate them. For extra mushroom flavour, use this water to make the thickening sauce.
Pour out excess liquid when plating the cabbage so the dish isn’t overly watery.
