I have had hamburger helper better than this.
I cook my meat then add two cans of cream of mushroom soup while my noodles are boiling. I add the sour cream in with the meat and mushroom soup. This video you put the sour cream in afterwards. I add the salt, pepper and garlic powder to the meat while its being cooked. This looks pretty good though.

The basic stroganoff recipe is about three main ingredients and you fucked up two of them.
