I have had hamburger helper better than this.
I cook my meat then add two cans of cream of mushroom soup while my noodles are boiling. I add the sour cream in with the meat and mushroom soup. This video you put the sour cream in afterwards. I add the salt, pepper and garlic powder to the meat while its being cooked. This looks pretty good though.

Add a packet of Lipton Beef Onion soup to the sour creme then stir into drained beef. In addition, add 1/4 cup of marsala wine and a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to nail this.

The basic stroganoff recipe is about three main ingredients and you fucked up two of them.
Looks good, but what can I sub for sour cream and condensed cream of mushroom soup? I live in Japan currently and they don't have these anywhere.
