She is great!!!
I love this recipe!
lol "Oo! The vapuhs!"
SO SO GOOD! ❤️❤️❤️
This is now my go to chili recipe. Easy to make, and incredibly delicious. I generally make it the day before I want to eat it. Always better the next day!
Great recipe! I can twist this into something more. I would reduce the black beans and add some pinto's, or other mix of beans. A bit of pancetta or quanciale, and melted cheese would take this to a whole new level. I would go with smoked Gouda and cheddar. I love the base though!
😍 try to keep a shot of lemon juice beside the cutting board or rub your knife with lemon juice , you will stop craying 😰 . This is not a sermon just a thought 😍❤ + 🕯 💜 🌹🍀🌾🍃✟✟
Julia is my favorite and her knife
Skills are on fire today 🙂 I wanna chop garlic
That good.
Julia glammed up and cooking chili! Yummy
You had me at chipotle and double the garlic. lol
is that chili powder a spice blend or just powdered chili pepper?
Honking onions…I didn't know that was a thing
I made this recipe and it was wonderful. The flavor and textures were amazing. I personally would have liked a bit more heat. Is it possible to rate how much heat a dish has? 1 star for no heat, 5 for muy caliente!
9:33 When you add the (canned, I presume?) beans, do you rinse them first? Is there any benefit in keeping the (gooey) liquid the canned beans are in? Thanks for all the great recipes!! 😀
As an Indian,I look at this as a combo of 2 dishes.Black Beans (Rajma) & minced meat (Keema).Though,in India we would use chicken or mutton but not other proteins for obvious reasons!! Nice dish Julia and I have said million times, you are a doppelgänger of Hillary R Clinton.
You're my new favorite.
Which brand of Chili powder did you use?🇨🇦
Hi Julia! Love your cooking and I admire your style… collar up😂
This one is sooo good
You did really really really good, right up to the point that you put whole kernel corn in chili! That is a huge no-no! You might want to put Mossa in the gravy, but never whole kernel corn!
👍
Hi Julia! Enjoyed your youtube! But, c'mon, using water to deglaze and not wine, or beer, or, better, tequila? This must be sanitized version of chile, maybe targeted for your Mennonite fans from the Pennsylvania Dutch Country!
Love pintos too!
Yummy!
Looks awesome, also had no idea you could buy frozen charred corn, game changer! I saved this to my folder so I can come back to this video when I'm ready to cook this 🙂
Did you just topped it with cream?? Oh, that was so wrong!! 😂
Please note "a lot of cumin" goes fine here, it's a southwestern recipe, not Mexican. Mexican recipes never go with "a lot of cumin". NEVER!!
That's… very little Chipotle. It looks good though!
I think I should make that chili. Thanks
Testy 🙂🙂🙂🤩🤩👍👍
I still want you and the family to get back to the test kitchen and do your thing together… I miss that commerarterie and the gigglefests
