Bad video… Double layover with subtitles which makes it impossible to readโฆ Camera not showing at critical timesโฆ Music too loud and annoyingโฆ But Iโm sure the recipe is good if anybody can follow it
How do you stop meatballs falling apart please! I'm making this recipe for 5-7 people! I'm following video and written recipe printout!
There's also nothing about letting any of the ingredients chill in a fridge till ready to cook for e.g. meatballs/breadcrumbs mixture! ๐ค๐๐โน๏ธ๐๐
How much is 1/3 pound finely ground pork and 2/3 pound ground beef?! Please can someone advise me on this! I'm from NZ! I work with metric measurements! For e.g. g and kg.! ๐คโบ๏ธ๐๐๐
Omg the music is so annoying and why would they put the instructions over the steps – white on white font. Too many things to look at. Whoever makes these videos is CRAP. Hire someone new!
I meant onion powder lol
My husband absolutely hates onions so could it be possible to use ground onion instead of an actual onion? ๐
Bake to what temperature?? 350?? 400??
can I make this with just ground beef and no pork??? ๐
my Swedish aunt used to do this from scratch but now she buys her sauce mix from IKEA and she gave me one and I did the sauce over store bought meat balls and it was good
SONG and WRITING on screen are LAME LAME LAME. Bring the voice back
PLEASE BRING BACK THE NICE WOMAN VOICE!!!
I worked in a Swedish restuarant when I was a teen. Way back then we cut off big chunks of cow from the walk in fridge and grinded it up! I have fond memories of Swedish meatballs.
40 minutes!!!??? Yikes!! Most swedes that I know brown their meatballs in butter or margarine on medium high heat, then turn down the heat to a medium low, cover the pan with a lid and let cook for another 10-15 minutes stirring it occationaly, alternatively let them sit in a heated oven (Lid on) for 10-15 minutes. 40 minutes is way over the top for meatballs!
Another method is to brown the meatballs, take them out of the pan, deglaze the pan with some butter, add some plain flour to make a brown roux, add beef stock (Not chicken stock), and double cream to make a sauce (A small dollop of lingonberry jelly or black currant jelly is also nice to add into the sauce), then braisse the meatballs in the sauce for about ten minutes.
Nice and instructive video though, and a big plus to you for not using olive oil when cooking swedish meatballs! Keep the videos coming!:)
i miss the voiceover too!
bring back the voice!!!!!!!
The voice narration is so much more effective with recipe tutorials than this type of music background.
i miss the voice over videos
where's the voice I miss it
Oh yum !!
everything seems alright until I read the spices, we use just black pepper and salt.
and sometimes instead of soaked bread we used mashed potatoes ๐
